  • The MaxAct Client Database is used by thousands of Financial Advisors, and has been for over 15 years.
  • The Custom Databases are designed for practically any business, occupation, or profession.

Database Fields Section - Easily accommodates 800 or more custom fields

  • MaxAct Databases are divided into Tab Sections with fields that logically are of the same type, such as Personal Data, Profile info, etc.
  • Additional tabs or fields can be added or deleted in the database. Live demonstrations & free trials are available for prospective clients.

Groups Section – Provides the ability to create groups for any purpose and select a group instantly.

  • Types of groups that can be created could be " clients not contacted", " birthdays", "newsletters", "family", "friends", etc.
  • Contacts can be added or removed from a group automatically based on field data, selected individually or en-masse.

Email Interface with Outlook – Automatically posts into History Section

  • When emails are sent to a contact, with subject, text and attachments plus the date, time, and person who sent them.
  • When emails are received from a contact whether or not a reply was sent back to the contact.

Letter Interface with Word - Automatically posts into History Section

  • When letters are sent to a contact, with subject, text and attachments.
  • If envelopes or labels are needed, they can be produced along with letters or printed separately.

Documents Section – Attaches documents to a contact record.

  • Any document saved on a local hard drive or server can be attached to a contact record and opened simply by clicking it.
  • Documents not already saved can be scanned and then attached to a contact record.

Notes Section – Excellent for sales or compliance. When notes are added, they post with date, time, and user who entered them

  • For outgoing or incoming phone calls.  Virtually unlimited space allows for complete details of a conversation.
  • For Meetings.  Ideal for planning points of an upcoming meeting & notes or results of what was covered.

Activities Section – Provides an elaborate time management systems for 1 user or a team.

  • Schedule calls, meetings or to-do items for yourself or delegate activities to team members.
  • View daily, weekly, and monthly calendars or activities that have been completed or are still pending.
