MaxAct Databases are divided into Tab Sections with fields that logically are of the same type, such as Personal Data, Profile info, etc.

Groups Section – Provides the ability to create groups for any purpose and select a group instantly.

Types of groups that can be created could be " clients not contacted", " birthdays", "newsletters", "family", "friends", etc.

Contacts can be added or removed from a group automatically based on field data, selected individually or en-masse.
Email Interface with Outlook – Automatically posts into History Section

When emails are sent to a contact, with subject, text and attachments plus the date, time, and person who sent them.

Notes Section – Excellent for sales or compliance. When notes are added, they post with date, time, and user who entered them
